How We Do It
We inspect the failing lead joints and surrounding masonry. We safely remove old, degraded lead flashings and valleys. We cut, shape, and install code-compliant rolled lead sheet with proper expansion joints. We point surrounding brickwork with sand and cement mortar to lock the lead in place.
